Let’s step into the magical world of STEAM with Dr. Dang Van Son and Mr. Michael Lambert!
The webinar “STEAM TOUR – Play and Learn with Children”, took place on Thursday night, March 4, 2021 hosted by True North School, attracted many parents. During the webinar, Dr. Dang Van Son – who laid the foundations for STEAM education in Vietnam – shared useful and interesting explanations about STEAM education. This information allowed the audience to understand that STEAM is not only about core subjects, but more importantly how we need to teach the skills of the future. STEAM skills are a part of our everyday lives – coding, computational thinking, robotics, gene therapy, etc.
Dr Son and Mr. Michael revealed simple STEAM activities that parents can do any time with their children – stress-free. These activities not only activate curiosity and thinking, but also infuse creativity for children.
