Which occupation are you looking for?
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Work closely with Head of STEAM to develop curriculum for True North School (Syllabus, Core lesson plan, Review and evaluation);
- Develop a plan of professional activities for the school year: Specify appropriate targets and measures feasible (based on the school's work plan and program development plan);
- Prepare teaching materials, daily student reports and final assessment reports, unscheduled reviews. Keeping students' notebooks clean, marking and correcting lessons, building class order (hygiene, order and discipline, learning attitude, ethical behavior of students);
- Teach and support other teachers in the group.
- Develop exam questions bank for teaching and other requirements from the School Board.
- Evaluate the students’ performance, have meetings with parents based on School schedule and any abrupt meetings required by the School Board.
- Attend workshops for enrollment, experiential classes and school events throughout school year.
- Build plans to guide the implementation of curricular and extracurricular programs when requested.
- Develop new teaching ideas to share with colleagues in group/ grade meetings.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.

- Build up and implement an operation procedure for the library (including the process of borrow, return, maintain, store the books…);
- Suggest the necessary equipment for the school’s library operations (software + hardware);
- Plan and arrange the library so that it becomes easy-to-use, accessible and manageable;
- Maintain and secure the library’s storage system regularly and systematically;
- Support and instruct the library’s users (students, teachers and school staff) so that they can use the library effectively, easily and follow the rules;
- Organize the events relating to the library, reading and self-learning for the students;
- Organize the training sessions for other staff members;
- Build up the plans for purchasing, exchanging and adding materials, books and magazines which serve the teachers and students’ needs;
- Equip the library with necessities and keep them in good condition;
- Participate in researches of reading needs, news needs to serve people’s learning, researching and entertaining needs;

- Lên concept các sự kiện Marketing – đối ngoại (hội thảo, open day, showcase, nghệ thuật, triển lãm,…).
- Lập kế hoạch chi tiết, ước tính chi phí tổ chức sự kiện và xin duyệt ngân sách.
- Tiến hành kế hoạch, liên hệ với nhà cung cấp, đơn vị đối tác, điều phối với đơn vị nội bộ để triển khai sự kiện ở tất cả các khâu: địa điểm tổ chức, agenda chương trình, các hoạt động trong chương trình, truyền thông thu hút người tham gia…
- Kiểm tra, theo dõi và giám sát các hoạt động từ khi sự kiện bắt đầu cho đến khi kết thúc.
- Làm đầu mối chủ trì, chịu trách nhiệm trong các giai đoạn: trước – trong - sau sự kiện, đảm bảo các bên liên quan nắm bắt rõ những gì sẽ diễn ra và vận hành hiệu quả.
- Đánh giá về hiệu quả sự kiện và viết báo cáo về hiệu quả của sự kiện đối với mục tiêu đề ra.
